Accepting a slot is a commitment. If you can't make it, withdraw as early as possible so the waitlist can promote someone. No-shows are recorded on your Passport and visible to every future host.

Romantic-intent matching is explicitly out of scope and moderated against. Using opportunities, applications, or chat to pursue romantic or sexual contact will get your account restricted.

Spare-ticket listings are transfers of tickets you genuinely hold, at or below face value plus reasonable fees. Scalping above face value, duplicate listings, and speculative selling are banned and flagged by fraud detection.

No harassment, hate, or discrimination — in listings, chat, or in person. Hosts set the tone for their events and may decline any applicant; they may not discriminate on protected characteristics.

Depending on severity: content removal, warnings, feature limits, suspension, or permanent removal. Safety reports are human-reviewed within 4 hours. Illegal behaviour is referred to authorities where required.
